Cooper Auto Group is actively recruiting bilingual (Spanish - English) sales consultants for our growing Hispanic department in OKC.

If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for sales, problem solving, and client relationships, we encourage you to be part of our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant is extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features and functions, and financing options for both new and used vehicle inventories. He/she presents pre-owned vehicles to clients in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes an extraordinary customer experience and long lasting relationships.

• Experience working with customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Sales experience a plus, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish and English
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens
